Using a mixer with a dough hook attachment, knead the dough for 8-10 minutes or until smooth. You can also do this by hand, but you'll likely use more flour and it will take more time.
Roll dough into a rectangle. Then, roll the dough up the long way, and cut it into 8 equal size pieces, placing each piece into a steamer basket, being careful not to overcrowd. (For more how-to images click 'Learn More.)
Steam your buns 15 -18 minutes. Turn off burner and let sit for 3 minutes. Then, remove the baskets from the pot. Move the lid to form a crack to let the steam release slowly for 3-5 minutes before serving.
